My Famous Sweet Baby Carrots

Here is my "famous" sweet baby carrot recipe.  Adapted from a recipe my grandma Bev gave me.  The recipe calls for 1/2 a cup of butter - which is fine if you will be serving with bread that you can sop up the extra liquid with...if not, use 1/4 cup instead.
